This is an amazing property with fab services. The location is stunning and the whole property is really tastefully designed and decorated. Amazing property and seculsion with fantastic team

Amazing private and beautiful property. Service level is very good. Accommodations, facilities (such as on site snorkelling, kayaking etc) and phenomenal spa. Food at the the restaurants could be a lot better (particularly for lunch/dinner/snacks variety offered, price and in only the big seafood platters quality) whilst breakfast is great - I say that having stayed at their sister property where we didn’t need to leave the resort to eat, here we did. Getting into and out of town is a pain and quite expensive; which compounds the food problem.

What a place. Arrival was smooth as someone was waiting for us at the front of the Airport arrival. The welcome dance was truly a surprise. Check in was smooth and fast. Everybody greeted and welcome us. Nando was our butler. Upon arrival we met Febro, Jeffry, Fabi. The room was clean and beautiful - there's a very sweet message on the bed. So lovely. 1st day we got a glimpse of sunset with drinks served by Vano, he made really nice pictures of us and later on BBQ dinner. Very scrumptious spread Elin and Egy made all the preparations and served us wonderfully. Elin made sure we got nice warm fresh rice and ample sambal to eat with the grilled seafood. All very authentically delicious. At the same time Nando is communicating with our tour provider and Egy to prepare breakfast box. 2nd day started early, breakfast boxes and towels were ready as well as 2 coffees to go. Jo was at the reception, he called our tour guide and took care of some paperwork for us. Very helpful and professional.

We stayed in Plataran resorts in Borabadur and Labuan Bajo. The rooms and facilities are outstanding. The food and service are good. This is an excellent jumping off point to go to Komodo island marine park. The only thing to keep in mind is that you can't walk into the water off the beach because of crabs.

Heaven on Earth - a hidden jewel - 10 out of 10

It was of the best places in the world I have stayed in my life - definetly under the TOP 10. Resort and staff is authentic - natural and real Indonesian - the personal butler NICO made a fantastic job - the both restaurants serve great food and the staff is very caring for all the wishes and needs ! Pool is top clean and SPA is great - a 90 min massage is a must be out on the open air patio at the beach - 10 ou of 10

Rooms are lovely. But the resort is tired. The beach not quite swimmable. We only stayed one night, but the checkin process was annoying. It tried to be a five star process but we had to pull up confirmation emails, sign forms and it took a while. Then they wanted to do a 5 minute spa presentation. We declined and asked to be taken to our rooms. It was too much. The effort is there but that same effort is awkward.

Un hôtel un peu dépassé

Si le personnel est très agréable, l’hotel devrait envisager d’importants progrès s’il veut rivaliser avec certains nouveaux hôtels de Labuan Bajo qui sont magnifiques. Il est à mon avis un peu dépassé, la restauration est plus que moyenne pour un prix élevé et il n’y a aucune ambiance. Par ailleurs, il n’y avait quasiment personne dans l’hôtel et ils auraient pu nous offrir un surclassement sans problème. Nous aurions vraiment apprécié ce geste (qu’un hôtel de l’île voisine de Seraya nous a offert sans qu’on le réclame). Le seul geste commercial qu’ils nous ont offert c’est 10% sur le prix du transfert pour l’aéroport, ce qui est bien mesquin vu le prix très élevé de ce transfert. Bref, notre séjour est loin d’être inoubliable et nous conseillons plutôt les hôtels proches d’Ayana ou de Ta’akana qui sont très beaux.

Um hotel fantástico com uma proposta de fazer você se sentir único! o local lindo com uma natureza e paisagens incríveis. Nossa vila era uma delicia! uma casa super equipada com tudo de excelente qualidade. Destaco o atendimento do nosso mordomo Jeremy que nos atendia em tudo que precisávamos. recomendo muito esse hotel.

love the atmosphere! staffs are utterly friendly and welcoming. the room and amenities are amazing. youve gotta try the iconic sunrise breakfast by Plataran Komodo. Overall, the best experience ive ever had in Bajo.
