A nice hotel set a short walk from the downtown. We loved this hotel and the dock on the beach next to the hotel. Very good value for the quality.

This is a very large hotel. We stayed in 2 different rooms on 2 separate nights. However both were classed as the same standard. Our first room was clean and comfortable wit very basic decorating. Our second room on the other night was not. The bathroom was mouldy and shower head needed cleaning as little water came out. The pillows were hard as rocks! Breakfast was really good with some lovely Indonesian offerings as well as western options. This is a basic hotel when looking for something budget. The spa room was interesting. The girls were lovely but left the TV on throughout the entire massage. also and as expected, far more expensive than getting a massage outside of the hotel. We were happy enough with the hotel given that it was just 2 x overnight stays while on a liveaboard boat in between.

Great view, clearn rooms, good pool and services. We stayed in premier room. We had great time as family. Location: Very good. - 8 to 10 min drive in car from airport or jetty. - Has great sea view and mountains. - Evening sunset is especially very beautiful from the balcony or the jetty. Rooms: Clean. Beds are good quality. Balcony has good view as mentioned. Wi-Fi: Average - Not very fast but reasonable Food: - They have very good restaurant, we tried dinner, which was pretty good. - Fellas Pizza(right opp. the gates of the hotel) and a few Warung restaurants are nearby, which are very good as well. Services/staff : - Overall staff is very curteous and helpful. - I was impressed by reservation executive "Arin Kurniawan". He was responsive and made our reserveration. - They also run free shuttle to<=>from airport

Shower head is clogged, daily room cleaning missed few spots including toilet bowl The beach area belong to hotel had many garbages (generally Labuan Bajo needs a serious garbage cleanup), it’s a shame for a nice beach

Good place, dont sell alcohol dont use the shuttle

Great hotel, nice views, pay for the room with view to the beach won't regret it. However the place dont sell any alcohol so be aware. Wifi comes and goes not reliable. breakfast is alright.

I book a room with the highest price for the best room. But when I enter to the room, I saw 3 bad things. 1st the sink had a quire big fracture. 2nd the toilet was very terrible. 3rd I saw a blood stain on the blanket. So I informed the receiptionis all about the bad things. The receiptionis told me to change the room. Finally, I got the news proper room.

Estaba en plenas obras que NO te avisan al reservar. Muy ruidoso desde habitación y piscina. Nada de ambiente (ni música relajada en la terraza) para los 4 escasos huéspedes que éramos. Se encuentra muy apartado de todo. No hay posibilidad de nada a pie. Una estancia muy triste.

The shower is almost useless. No hand towels or face washers. Lifts are dirty. There were used room service plates left in the hallway for 24 hours. Fish ponds are depressing. Room keys have to be reset every 24 hours and sometimes they don’t even work. Needs a facelift. Staff are friendly but English can be a bit tricky and they will often say they don’t understand. Wifi is dismal. Breakfast is average and we asked for a breakfast box to go for one early morning trip and that was appalling. There is a lot of room for improvements! The only thing that kept us there was the view.

Las toallas solo eran las de baño. No habia toallas de mano y no suministraban extras, solo una por perdona de baño. No habia papel de inodoro de repuesto. Estaban dando mantenimiento al hotel y habia mucho ruido con los trabajadores. El internet no funciono durante casi dos dias, en la habitacion pues le estaban dando mantenimiento. Nice location on the water within walking distance to town. We saw the most amazing sunsets from the property on our two nights there. Breakfast was included but wasnt that great. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. Room was clean, just a little dated. Overall, it was a good stay. Our base while exploring Komodo.

Good hotel, great view of harbor

Good hotel, clean, friendly staff, not much English but enough to get around, nice pool, and excellent view of the harbor, sunset from the room is nicer than from the pier. The rooms are okay, nothing fancy but gets the job done, and a good price considering the view. All in all a good stay
