They cancelled my room as soon as I got there. Haven’t received my refund yet. The person working the front desk was very rude to me, told me the other worker sold my room after the fact I already paid.

I thought it would be no frills, but this was truly bad. It was substandard. German roaches were all over, the place smelled, there was a half a roll of toilet paper, the floor was dirty, the smell of marijuana was so strong on the property.

Bad experience is not the word

No phone, t.v hardly worked , room was dirty, no hot water, room cold. Changed rooms only to find coffee pot didn’t work, no toilet paper , beer bottle left in bathroom. Asked to return my money to my card and I left but 3 days later money is not on my card .

Room furniture was mostly as pictured although the cooktop and vent were not in my room. Door was missing exterior lock and had peeling paint on the interior. One set of stairs leading to the second floor was blocked off as unsafe and the other set adjacent was rusted throughout as well the upstairs walkways were also in poor condition. The exterior light outside my room flickered all night and was visible in the room through gaps in the door and window coverings. There was a hole in the tile of the shower near the mixer valve handle. It also appeared that many of the rooms were being occupied by people that are currently living there long term. I wound not stay there again.
