The experience was magical. The staff are highly trained and made the experience unforgettable to my children. It was easy to navigate the facility. The customer service was above average. We loved the theme and everything surrounding it whether it was hidden or out in the open. It was like a scavenger hunt. The indoor water park was unmatched! The thoroughness to ensure safety to all visitors was obvious (and appreciated). This was a 10/10 experience for our family.

Great fun for the whole family! So much to do for the kids. This resort really has it all figured out...everything you need is there. Food, fun, and entertainment. Even with all the fun and excitement going on downstairs you never hear it in your room. I was very pleasantly surprised by how the walls are pretty much soundproof. A huge game changer for me! Definitely try the pizza...it is amazing!
