Grosses résidence hôtelière voir même un peu trop grosse à mon goût. Vue magnifique. Dommage qu’il n’y est pas un bar et quelque chose pour manger, même si à l’extérieur il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Et je rejoins les autres personnes, le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas top.

C est un hotel qui est laisse a l abandon malgre un personnel agreable et serviable. Prendre une caution de 350 euros et devoir faire le menageet vider ses poubelles me parait exagere. Le petit dejeuner est trop cher..12 euros et pas tres copieux...plateau sur traiteaux en guise de table..bref a eviter si possible

Déception !

Hotel viellissant et état de la chambre très très moyen. Problèmes constatés : salle de bain mal éclairée, porte de douche et baie sur terrasse cassée, kitchenette mal équipée (trop peu de vaisselle, couverts et verres), connexion wifi déplorable, une chaise sur deux cassée. Petits déjeuners à 12€ c'est injustifié....très peu de fruits frais, que des produits industriels ! Ascenceur en panne pendant une semaine, ménage trop vite fait. Situé tout en haute la ville (accès difficile) mais vue sympa. Personnel d'accueil sympa et disponible.

La propreté des chambres n’est pas bonne beaucoup de poussières. Le petit déjeuner est cher par rapport au choix pas assez variés surtout pour les fruits nous sommes sur une île qui regorge de différents fruits. L’échelle de la piscine n’est pas correctement fixé c’est très dangereux.

Avoid at all costs. A total mush. Photos and description have nothing to do with the reality. It is supposed to be the grimiest, most run-down dormitory-like hostel on this beautiful island. 4-story blocks, elevator IS out of operation, built at a very high elevation and has a very steep, quarter mile road and heaps stairs. No porter, no staff. At 3PM room not ready. When noticing cleaning women, her stuff and what room she is cleaning for us, we got shocked. Pond of Clorox, moulds in shower. Paint patches everywhere. AC remote doesn’t work. To reach reception you have to climb 100 stairs. Broken stairs steps, dirty walls, must and peeled plaster. No internet reception in the room as advertized. Deceptive and Photoshop-enhanced photos. Everything needs to be reconditioned. NO REFUND DESPITE OF IMMEDIATE CHECKOUT. REPORTED TO EXPEDIA.

Etat catastrophique des lieux, tout est vétuste, sale, délabré. Piscine a peu près correcte. Le peu de personnel présent a l'air résigné; Seul point positif : les petits déjeuners avec vue sur la mer. Emplacement pas mal, mais autant être à la Trinité, plus jolie.

Vétusté globale de l’établissement, les chambres et notamment la salle bain côté douche aurait vraiment besoin d’un bon coup de neuf, pour la piscine même constat, bar inexistant sur la période de notre séjour, note positive : la cuisinière au petit déjeuner était au top! Des attentions pour chacun tous les matins avec dégustation de produits locaux fait maison, merci Pauline nous garderons ton accueil et ta gentillesse comme meilleurs souvenirs de cet établissement.
