Not a good experience. Lots of attitude at the front desk. Asked to use a seperate card to pay - this I was told was ok. But when I went to pay was told it was already taken from wrong account. No resolution available. Front desk changed when they realized I booked with hotels.com/expedia. Also I asked for another pillow - it never areived

Our view from our window was straight onto the balcony of another room. People were on their balcony and looked straight into our window ( we didn't have a balcony). There was supposed to be tea/coffee facilities but we were there 2 nights and nothing was replaced for the second night. The paper cups we're taken so we had to ask for more cups. We also asked for more water for our kettle (advertised as complimentary) but were charged for it on our bill. The lady said we had a larger bottle so we had to pay for it. We weren't told that when we asked for the water! We didn't use one of the hand towels, but it was taken the next morning! The used towels weren't replaced so I don't know why the unused towel was taken away.

Le petit déjeuner est superbe, n'hésitez pas... Le frigidaire mis à disposition dans les communs est très apprécié. La piscine est très agréable. La plage est juste au bout du parking, le centre-ville et ses restaurants sont proches, on oublie sa voiture. Ne changez rien, surtout pas l'accueil...
