Modern hotel with funky look. Good breakfast with boil your own eggs and delicious madeleines. Very quiet area on a Sunday, and reception closes at 5 so arrive early!

Our room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The concierge was very nice. But communication was poor. We arrived just a few minutes past their closing time (7:00PM) and no one answered the phone. There was only a recording. Also there were road constructions around the hotel that night. The entry to the hotel was blocked from all directions & we couldn’t find our way back in. No one from the hotel informed us how to work around that situation. It was late. We were tired…& most frustrated!

We stayed here for one night as a stop on a family road trip with young kids. On the positive side, the bedding was comfortable and the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all — not only affecting basic internet use but also making it impossible to use the TV services. When we asked for help, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. The décor was another disappointment: it felt cold, harsh, and cheaply done, with no soft touches to create a welcoming atmosphere. While the room was acceptably tidy, the floor didn’t feel particularly clean, and the bathtub didn’t look spotless — enough so that we chose not to use it. All in all, we didn’t feel this was good value for money. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

We decided to have breakfast because it was the highlight of the review. However, there was NOTHING hot. Eggs that took 20 mins to boil, no crepe nor pancakes as shown on pic, no viande seché, many things in photos were missing.

Bon emplacement, pratique à côté de leclerc et à 5 km de la plage de Hume. Propre et déco originale y compris dans les couloirs. Il manque quand même une table pour pouvoir manger sachant que la chambre est équipée d'une kitchenette. Accueil chaleureux et fort sympathique. Je recommande car très bon rapport qualité / prix.

La chambre réservée pour deux personnes était très mal équipée. Il n’y avait qu’un seul fauteuil et aucune chaise, ce qui ne permettait même pas de s’asseoir correctement à deux, malgré la présence d’une kitchenette. Il n’y avait également aucune table pour pouvoir manger ou poser nos affaires. Pourtant, des chambres similaires avaient des chaises.ntre les deux nuits : les lits n’ont pas été refaits et le linge de toilette n’a pas été remplacé. Nous avons dû réutiliser nos serviettes de toilette sales, ce qui était particulièrement inconfortable.Et une partie murale cassé pouvant provoquer des blessures aux niveaux du bras

Super ! Excellente communication ! Nous avions une arrivée tardive et après l'avoir signalé nous avons reçu un mail très explicatif sur la procédure à suivre. La chambre est très très bien, nous avions réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants, tout le confort y était. Le petit plus aussi c'est que c'était calme. Petit déjeuner simple mais on y trouve l'essentielle et personnels agréables et professionnelles. On reviendra avec plaisirs.
