Very neat and clean but bulky pillows made for an uncomfortable sleep. No air circulation. Can't imagine what it would be like in mid summer!

We stayed in the new build part of the hotel so all newly fitted. Bunk beds in room were great for the kids. Little details need ironing out such as coffee machine in room but no sockets nearby to actually plug it in! Breakfast was a mixed experience, the food was good but a tiny counter which everyone queued around and as people were standing waiting for toast/eggs etc you couldn't easily reach any of the food. Tried to get scrambled eggs on 3 occasions but each time the dish was empty. They need a duplicate breakfast stand somewhere else in the room or a seperate hot and cold food areas to prevent build up of queues. Hotel a 20 minute drive out of Archachon. Pool was tiny and shared with the apartments and hotel so absolutely packed! 4 sun loungers and pool in the shade of the apartment buildings so a bit pointless. Over all comfortable place to stay for a night but wouldn't want to spend longer there.

HĂŽtel rĂ©cent et joliment dĂ©corĂ© oĂč l’on s’y sent tout de suite trĂšs bien. Personne trĂšs agrĂ©able, dynamique et pro ! Literie trĂšs confortable. Le restaurant est au niveau avec une carte de produits variĂ©s et de bonne qualitĂ©. Un hĂŽtel qui vaut largement ses 3 Ă©toiles !

Notre expérience dans cet hÎtel a malheureusement

‱ Insonorisation mĂ©diocre : Bruit constant provenant de la chambre situĂ©e au-dessus, particuliĂšrement insupportable vers minuit. ‱ Nuisances extĂ©rieures : Un bruit de moteur, probablement liĂ© Ă  la climatisation, se dĂ©clenchait toutes les 30 minutes, perturbant fortement notre sommeil. ‱ PropretĂ© et prĂ©paration de la chambre : Pas d’alĂšse sur le matelas, chambre faite Ă  moitiĂ© (pas de tapis de bain, pas de gobelet, capsule de cafĂ© usagĂ©e encore dans la machine). ‱ Odeurs dĂ©sagrĂ©ables : RemontĂ©es d’égout perceptibles aussi bien dans la chambre qu’à l’extĂ©rieur. ‱ Manque de rĂ©activitĂ© du personnel : Une personne a diffusĂ© de la musique Ă  trĂšs fort volume depuis son vĂ©hicule, garĂ© devant l’entrĂ©e, pendant plus de 30 minutes, sans qu’aucun membre de l’hĂŽtel n’intervienne. ‱ Incident avec le service de mĂ©nage : Nous avons surpris la femme de mĂ©nage dans notre chambre, porte fermĂ©e, juste au-dessus de mon sac. AprĂšs lui avoir prĂ©cisĂ© que nous quittions l’hĂŽtel aujourd’hui, elle semblait ne pas ĂȘtre informĂ©e. Les lits n’étaient pas faits, seules de nouvelles serviettes avaient Ă©tĂ© dĂ©posĂ©es. ‱ Geste commercial non honorĂ© : Un remboursement prĂ©vu pour deux petits-dĂ©jeuners n’a toujours pas Ă©tĂ© effectuĂ© Ă  ce jour. En rĂ©sumĂ©, entre les nuisances sonores, les problĂšmes d’hygiĂšne, l’absence de suivi et de rĂ©activitĂ©, nous avons Ă©tĂ© trĂšs déçus par ce sĂ©jour.
