Room looked and felt dirty. Specifically asked a non-smoking room because we were with our kids and we got a room that reeked of cigarettes. This is an extended stay hotel so it had that weird vibe. Good price though and was ok to just spend a night. But definitely felt uneasy - especially with a a broken lock to the patio door..

Especially on the ground floor the rooms are not very safe for burglars. Not a good feeling when you have expensive laptops and phones on the room. Also there is no safe present.

Value for money

The receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. The apartment was adequate for our needs for an overnight stay. There were a couple of things that should have been picked up by cleaning staff (a curtain hanging off the rail and a non-working extractor in the toilet) and I did report back to reception about this and a note was made. Hopefully these will be rectified before the next guests take up residence. Overall the rooms cleanliness was good. We never used the kitchen or utensils so I’ve no idea about this aspect. The pool was good and we did all have a swim. To sum up: for a short stay this was excellent value for money.

ArrivĂ©es Ă  16h, la chambre n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘte, on a attendu pendant 1h30, aucune excuse. On nous a proposĂ© d'aller Ă  la piscine. Les maillots Ă©taient dans la voiture, on a du s'habiller dans les toilettes. Dans le frigo, manquait le bac Ă  lĂ©gumes et barre cassĂ©e pour mettre les bouteilles. Manquer des verres. Le personnel est intervenu rapidement mais n'a pas rĂ©solu la barre cassĂ©e. Il faut rĂ©clamer pour le changement des serviettes et autres. Sinon, literie confortable et chambre confortable. Prix excessif par rapport au service. Ouverture de la piscine Ă  9h cela serait bien. Peu de transats. Places suffisantes de parking.

HĂŽtel trĂšs dĂ©cevant. La propretĂ© laisse clairement Ă  dĂ©sirer : salle de bain sale, mĂ©nage fait de façon superficielle, sol en balatum collant. Une forte odeur rĂšgne dans les couloirs, dissimulĂ©e tant bien que mal par un diffuseur Ă  l’accueil, tandis que les toilettes et la salle de bain dĂ©gagent une odeur d’urine. L’établissement est vĂ©tuste. La piscine est trĂšs petite, le liner est en mauvais Ă©tat et la qualitĂ© de l’eau laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Seulement 7 transats sont disponibles pour environ 150 appartements, ce qui est totalement insuffisant. Les photos prĂ©sentĂ©es sur le site sont trompeuses : il s’agit davantage d’illustrations idĂ©alisĂ©es que de la rĂ©alitĂ©. En rĂ©alitĂ©, les conditions d’hygiĂšne, de confort et d’entretien sont loin de correspondre Ă  ce qui est annoncĂ©.

Inadmissible de faire payer une chambre comme ça Ă  ce prix lĂ . L’Hotel donne l’impression de dormir dans un hĂŽpital amĂ©nagĂ©, le frigo Ă©tait cassĂ©, la poignĂ©e dĂ©faillante
 il me semblait pourtant que la note HĂŽtel.com Ă©tait trĂšs bonne, je ne m’y fierais plus

Pas de clim, tres chaud, piscine pas tres propre et douche qui deborde et innonde la chambre Dommage car sinon bonne literie et bon acceuil

Deux nuits pour aller Ă  la Dune et au Cap Ferret. Bien situĂ©. Grand parking. Éviter les chambres en rez de chaussĂ©e car les baies vitrĂ©es ne ferment pas Heureusement on a pu nous donner une autre chambre Ă  l’étage. Pas de Clim. Pas de produit toilette (vide dans la douche)
