Good service and good location

Marina was easy to get in touch with. Also, she was very kind - helped us parking and gave us an introduction to La Specia and Cinque Terre. The room had everything we needed and was close to the train station (the room is very quiet) so it was easy to get to Cinque Terre.

Struttura che consiglio se si vuole visitare 5 Terre e Porto Venere! Dista 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione, 5 dal corso principale e 15 dal porto... Molto pulita, carina e Marina è sempre pronta ad accogliervi con un sorriso, un consiglio e tante piccole attenzioni. Super consigliato!

Great area restaurants, shopping. Easy city to walk in, and train station near by. If going to the cinque terry make sure u get in the line for that destination.

Hotel formidable!! L’hôte Marina est très attentionnée. Très propre et les chambres décors très beau. Emplacement très pratique, à quelques minutes a pied de la station de train, idéal aussi pour visiter cinq terres. Je le recommande sans hésiter!!

This was the best hotel we stayed at while in Italy!Marina was so kind and helpful! The room was perfect! very clean and comfortable, The AC worked like a dream ! La Spezia was close to lots of places. We would definately reccomend La Gemma del 5 terre to everyone!

The location is excellent … a block from the central train station and easy walking distance from places to eat. The street is silent at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful.

절대로 예약 해서는 안되는 업소

이숙소는 늦게 (밤 10시 정도는 늦은 시간도 아니지만) 체크인 하는 경우 절대로 예약해서는 안됩니다. 저녁 7시를 넘기면 체크인 할수 있는 방법이 없습니다. 따라서 환불도 안되기 때문에 하루 숙박비가 날아 갑니다. 주인은 아마 이것을 노리고 이런식으로 운영하는것 같습니다. 일반적으로 정상적인 업소의 경우 리셉션이 24시간 서비스가 되지 않으면 별도로 체크인 하는 방법을 알려 줘서 늦어도 체크인 할 수 있게 서비스 하는데 이업소는 방세개 가지고 이런식으로 부당이득을 취하는데 호텔스닷컴은 제재를 안하는지 모르겠네요. 늦게 도착하여 대문에 연락달라는 메모를 보고 체크인 하는 방법을 안내할줄 알았는데 다른호텔 알아 보라는 답변에 얼마나 한밤중에 황당하던지....
