We were in the upgraded portion of the hotel that had been changed to key cards from regular keys, but the air conditioning unit was very old and barely produced cold air. It was sweltering in the room so we wound up sleeping with the windows open at night, which cooked down the apartment. Spacious bathroom, lukewarm shower water but it was refreshing because the room was so hot! We picked this hotel for it's proximity to the train station and laundromat and free luggage storage and it was a great location. Just try not to spend a lot of time in the hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located directly across from the train station, making it a practical choice for travelers. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the furniture and bathroom felt somewhat dated and could benefit from renovation. One important issue was that the hotel is listed on Expedia as offering laundry facilities, which was one of the main reasons we chose to book it. Unfortunately, we found that this information was inaccurate, as no laundry service or facilities were available. Overall, the location and welcoming staff were definite positives, but some of the amenities and facilities did not meet our expectations.
