Everything was super clean. The staff was very accommodating to our need to leave early morning. Property is a short walk to train station and lots of food and shopping nearby. Also a short walk to the port.

Very nice and cosy apartment in the center of La Spezia. Communication with the host was easy. A nice lady helped us with the luggages, so we could stay for a little longer. The location was very convenient - 10 minutes to the train station and same for the port. Good choice.

The lady taking care of the guess house is a pearl. She kindly welcomed us giving us some tips to visit the area. We spent 3 nights in the room with the little terrasse. The room is cleaned every day, including towels changes. I would definetly recommand the place for a couple.

It’s a pleasant stay and the reception lady is super kind and helpful! she is the reason we love our stay, very responsive to check in details and offered help always! The door is not very soundproof so we can hear well whenever someone comes in and out the room or the main door. Otherwise it’s a good stay!

Easy and close walk to the train station. Cheaper area than the 5 cities around. Felt pretty safe. Room was clean. I wish the heating pad was working over summer to dry the swimming suits overnight.

Fantastic stay. Clean. Updated. Centrally located.

This was a fantastic stay. The lady at the check in desk (can’t remember her name) is a sweetheart. Communication was great and suggested places to eat and visit. Very nice lady. Our room was immaculate. We had the studio with the kitchen and it had 2 balconies which were awesome to sit on at night and people watch with a drink. Fantastic central location off the main walking path, wasn’t too loud or anything. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends/family. Fresh towels every day and very updated and modern. Lovely stay.

We stayed in a beautiful modern room with a kitchenette and 2 balconies. It was a short walk from the train station. Restaurants were nearby that we enjoyed. The balconies overlooking the streets were lovely to relax with a drink and people watch every evening. Highly recommend!

Lots to do within walking distance. From restaurants to the marina with all the beautiful boats. We enjoyed great food and wine during our stay and took the ferry to Montarro and Monterosso for the day. Took the train back. Cinque Terre is easily reachable for day trips from this location.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Grocery store Carrefour is also nearby. If you are in town just for Cinque Terre, you should at least walk to the Marina. We saw three super yachts and several war ships there. The view in the area is nice too.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Plenty of good restaurants close by, and a huge farmers market right next door. Parking is street only, so, a bit of a challenge, but manageable...once you figure out that the parking ticket machines only take coins (no credit cards).

Simonetta is a lovely host. I arrived later than the reception hours and she had clear instructions for my arrival and check in. She helped me recommend restaurants around. On my final day it was pouring rain, she was so kind to give me an umbrella to the station, saying it’s a gift!! It’s the small touches that’s makes your experiences so unique and amazing. I’m glad I chose Fidelio rooms, its location is perfect. Few mins walk to the station or the waterfront. Loved it all!
