Le personnel manque totalement de sourire et d’amabilitĂ©. DĂšs notre arrivĂ©e, malgrĂ© notre sourire, nous avons eu le sentiment de dĂ©ranger les hĂŽtesses. Autant dire que l’accueil laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer. Quant Ă  la piscine, elle est loin de reflĂ©ter les photos. Elle rappelle davantage la municipale que celle d’un hĂŽtel. De plus, la zone est absolument dĂ©goĂ»tante : des verres pris au bar Ă©taient posĂ©s au sol, des gobelets renversĂ©s Ă©galement puis des mĂ©gots jetĂ©s au sol. Pas la faute du personnel mais la non-Ă©ducation des clients. La climatisation est quasiment inexistante, nous nous sommes rĂ©veillĂ©s plusieurs en sueurs Ă  cause de la chaleur Ă©touffante. À notre arrivĂ©e, pas la moindre bouteille ou carafe d’eau mise Ă  disposition dans la chambre, ce qui devrait pourtant ĂȘtre le minimum pour ce type d’établissement et ce, surtout en pĂ©riode de canicule. Le quartier n’arrange rien : la majoritĂ© des restaurants aux alentours sont fermĂ©s. Le soir, plusieurs hommes alcoolisĂ©s se regroupent bruyamment devant l’entrĂ©e du parking, ce qui nuit Ă  la tranquillitĂ© des clients. Pour les points positifs, la literie est bonne et la chambre Ă©tait propre. En conclusion, nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hĂŽtel. HabituĂ©s aux Ă©tablissement 4 ou 5 Ă©toiles nous considĂ©rons celui-ci comme une vĂ©ritable erreur de parcours. Un 10/10 pour le restaurant « DON PAPE ». Les pizzas y sont excellentes et le personnel au petit soin.

SĂ©jour professionnel de trois semaines. Les points positifs: - La situation, Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de Port, belle vue des deux cĂŽtĂ©s - Le parking, malheureusement payant (12€/nuit) mais vaste et sĂ©curisĂ© avec portail Ă  code - La climatisation dans la chambre, mĂȘme si elle peine un peu lorsque l'hĂŽtel est complet - Le restaurant dans le mĂȘme batiment, bien qu'un peu cher - Le petit dĂ©jeuner buffet Ă  partir de 06:30 - Balcon fumeur Les points nĂ©gatifs: - Un peu bruyant cĂŽtĂ© Port si on veut garder la fenĂȘtre ouverte - Le service de chambre. Parfois on a une serviette, parfois deux et parfois pas de descente de douche ...
