Vacations Close To La Rosière – Espace San Bernardo Ski Resort

Only stayed one night. A/C did not work and room was warm.

Our stay at Planet Hollywood was extremely disappointing! The self-check-in was confusing at best. Many of the kiosks were out of order. After self-check-in, we still needed to still wait in a long line to have a representative complete the process. We were given very little direction about getting to the rooms via the elevators. The room was clean, However, the following day our room was not cleaned until early evening even though we requested it to be cleaned much earlier. The third day the room was not cleaned at all! Several calls were placed to housekeeping and we were assured the room WOULD be cleaned soon. After a couple of hours, it was still not cleaned! Another call was made to housekeeping and we were told the room would be cleaned and placed on a high-priority list. It was not cleaned. We spoke to a person at the front desk and were told the room would NOT be cleaned and they were not obligated to clean the room, even though we were told previously that it would be cleaned. It was a very frustrating process, and I seriously doubt we will consider staying at this property in the future. Nor will we recommend this property to anyone else. Lastly, the rooms do not come with any note paper, pens or a Bible. There was very little literature regarding event or sites to visit while in Las Vegas. As for the staff, most were friendly and would give you the answer you hoped to hear, however, follow through was extremely poor. They should be honest when communicating.

Is a very nice property. SPA and Gym are very good. Very clean rooms with everything you need to make an apartment work (cleaning products, toiletries). The only bad thing was that the pool is closed an it will probably be by the entire year, they compensated with free wine and activites.
