“The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train.
The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible.
On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing...

“La habitación espectacular, las camas bastante cómodas y las instalaciones muy modernas. Pudimos darnos un baño en la piscina y todo!.
El acceso súper fácil con el código que te envían ellos el dia anterior a tu llegada junto con sus indicaciones de cómo hacerlo.
El trato con la persona de la habitación estupendo. Llegamos a la 1 de la mañana y no teníamos el parking que habíamos reservado disponible porque otro coche se había aparcado sin permiso. Les contacté por watshap y me lo solucionaron...

“The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and peaceful. The outside spaces however were dirty - the front entrance had pigeon droppings all over it, the stairs were not swept and filthy. The apartments small balcony was full of pigeon droppings and there was an ashtray full of old cigarette butts - this was particularly annoying as everytime we put our towels out to dry on the line we ended up treading pigeon droppings into the apartment.
