Great hotel , very safe parking we had 5 motorcycle and they was locked up in the safe car park .staff was fantastic, 10 min walk to the port , our only moan was the swimming pool was out of action ,it looked stunning , but unfortunately was closed .will definitely come back .

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the accomodation clean and comfortable. We had 2 large dogs with us and they were also màde to feel at home with a charge of €5 per dog per night which we felt was fair. Carparking is available in a very secure covered carparking area at €1per hour or on street during the night for free if you wish. I chose to use the carpark for peace of mind as were travelling and had some expensive items and did wish to leave them in the car if unsupervised or take them into the hotel. There were plenty of restaurants and places of interest within a short walk of the hotel including the old port

L’hôtel se situe dans une nouvelle zone avec sens unique et voie pour les vélos. Le gps de la voiture et des téléphones étaient perdu mais une fois les routes en tête c’est bon. Difficulté à trouver des places gratuites proche de l’hôtel. Il y a un parking payant juste à côté. Il n’y a pas de réduction du prix de l’hôtel lorsque réservation d’une chambre. Seul petit bémol de notre chambre, il n’y avait pas de sèche cheveux. Sinon tout était bien jusqu’au petit déjeuner.

Séjour parfait. Accueil rapide avec une personne très sympathique. Chambre très propre, bien insonorisée. Hôtel bien placé, permet de visiter La Rochelle facilement.

L’hôtel propose un super service de petit déjeuner , l’accueil au rez-de-chaussée est agréable , l’hôtel est bien entretenu et propre . Cependant les chambres sont minuscules et glaciales c’est dommage Alors en été c’est bien mais en hiver c’est un cauchemar vraiment Les alèses des matelas sont de basse qualité on dort difficilement bien

Chambre deco moderne et propre. Par contre, rien pour ranger un peu quelques vêtements : 5 cintres...j'étais obligée de garder les 3/4 de mes vêtements dans ma valise. Le petit-déjeuner est bien achalandé. Les jeunes femmes à l'accueil sont pas très accueillantes. Le cadre de l'hôtel est très dans l'air du temps : moderne et ecolo.

Hotel com itens essenciais próximo ao centro (andando). Áreas comuns confortáveis, podendo deixar bagagens após o check-out e aproveitar o espaço coberto durante todo o dia. Café da manhã excelente.

Très bel accueil du personnel. Vu sur la ligne de chemin de fer moyen. Piscine non chauffé. Petit déjeuner très complet. Point très négatif obligation de se garer dans le parking de l hôtel 1euros de l heure et c est le moins cher du secteur.
