Nice value for money hotel

The hotel was fine but i have two minor probems. 1. The location on the app shows the hotel close to Decatholon. This is a few km away. Please correct. 2. In hot weather the room needs a fan.

1. L'adresse est 50 rue Jacques Daguerre, 85000 La Roche sur Yon. Expedia se trompe en indiquant "Route de Nantes". C'est à côté de la zone commerciale où se trouve l'hypermarché U. 2. C'est très bien pour cette catégorie d'hôtel. 3. Il y a du personnel à l'accueil. Ils sont biens. 4. La chambre est propre. 5. La plomberie et le reste, sont en bon état. 6. Le principal défaut est le bruit des voisins (autres clients et/ou gardiens de nuit ?) 7. Le second défaut est le bruit de la grande route pas loin. 8. Un dernier petit défaut est la lumière rouge de la télévision quand elle est en veille.

Si la chambre est propre et bien agencée, elle est très mal insonorisée et le volet (de toutes les chambres !!!) ne ferme pas entièrement. Dans certaines chambres, des familles sont tout sauf de passage et leurs affaires traînent autour de leurs chambres et sur le parking...pas engageant !

Très bon séjour, déjeuner super niveau qualité/prix, chambre et salle de bain super pour le prix et personnel accueillant et souriant. Seul gros point négatif: l’isolation des chambres qui est à revoir car on entend les personnes qui parlent fort des chambres à coté ( surtout à 23h c’est embêtant) Ou alors les personnes qui passent des appels à 7h du matin sur le palier.
