The location of the hotel is excellent, only a five minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and lots of nearby restaurants and bars too. Our room was a bit 'tired' and could have done with fresh paint and carpet. However, the beds were comfortable and shower was great.

The hotel is located really close to Eiffel Tower the area is quiet and clean there are several restaurants around , the only issue is the shower is too small and almost impossible to take a shower

Upon our arrival, we immediately realized the hotel was under construction. In fact, our taxi driver couldn’t even locate the entrance because it had been affected by the construction work. Imagine arriving in Paris for the first time and having that as your welcome.
Unfortunately, the experience only got worse. The only window in our room looked directly onto construction scaffolding, completely eliminating any sense of the city or natural light. Had this been disclosed before booking, I would have chosen a different hotel. It felt like false advertising.
When we asked to change rooms, one staff member told us it would be possible, only for another to later say it was not. What was most disappointing wasn’t even the refusal—it was the complete lack of empathy. No apology for the inconvenience, no acknowledgment that the construction had significantly impacted our stay, and no effort to make things right.
Paris is an incredible city, but our first impression was overshadowed by an experience that felt misleading and poorly handled. I left disappointed.

The staff was so helpful and helped to make our stay special. Communication was easy and they were very responsive to requests.
