Everything was great. Staff friendly, amenities were great too. The bed was the sore point. It was very hard and sunk in the middle. The edges were higher and we tossed and turned all night.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to take our pets out. The property is located in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

under trained staff, shade in room broken with outside streetlight shining into room all night, no paper plates for breakfast. just a very unpleasant experience. Will not stay here again. Worst Hampton I've ever stayed in. Staff tried to be helpful. I blame the management of this business for these short-comings. elevator was broken when we checked in but fixed soon afterwards. Worst of all it was a holiday weekend.

The staff was friendly and professional. The problem was the room. There were multiple hairs on the beds and in the bathroom. The sink drained slowly so we had to keep the water at no more than maybe 30% to prevent it from pooling in the sink. The shower was worse! The drain was sooo slow that even trying to warm up the shower it was like I was starting a bath. It was late when I tried to shower so I knew the front desk was not going to be able to do anything. Eventually I decided to see if I could clear the drain myself. I was disgusted by the Giant hairball I pulled from the drain! It was at least 6 inches long and over an inch thick! That was the worst not to mention the rusty towel bar and dirt stains on the bathroom floor. I'm not sure how they can charge $250 a night for this room. I can guarantee you I will never be returning to this property.
