This will be our family's second stay at this hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. Location is very safe and quiet. Food was delicious. A big plus is that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The courtyard is beautiful with a warm water pool. I will say that service was sometimes hit or miss. Sometimes front desk help was excellent and other times it felt like we were bothering them. Other than that our stay was great.

Beds were super firm definitely not for someone with back problems. I requested a room changed but after checking out the other beds before moving the mattresses were all firm very uncomfortable stay.

La comida del restaurante que solía ser muy buena, ahora es medianamente aceptable, la TV enclaustrada en muro malísima, en tu cuarto. O se oye y escuchas la del cuarto de al lado, si el vecino llega tarde y prende la TV es como si te taladrara los oídos. Cuarto con mobiliario viejo.

Le falta mantenimiento

Es un hotel bonito aunque ya antiguo. Pero el presonal muy amable. Tienen excelente desayuno. Pero les hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Nos cambiaron de habitación, sin embargo, no era de la misma categoría porque no tenían disponibilidad. En el lavabo habia cabellos.
