The complex and amenities are excellent. The customer service from the front desk is exceptional. It is a big complex and you need to be transported by golf cart from place to place but it is not a problem because someone always answers at the front desk. The restaurants are delicious. We dined at Carbon and the views were spectacular. Will definitely stay here again.

Spacious house was great for relaxing with kids after hot days at the beach or pool. Would recommend renting a car or golf cart as it is not walkable to anything. The pool was closed but we got access to Hotel Indigo’s pool, which was great. The resort also has restaurants and a small market, though I would recommend getting groceries in town as the market is very limited and more expensive. Staff at the resort were all very nice and accommodating. Would definitely book again.

The location was great, and that was the best part of our stay. However, the apartment itself was very basic. It needed more pillows and extra blankets. The washing machine was dirty and had hair inside, the bed sheets were old and very thin, and the couch was noticeably dirty. Overall, I wouldn’t stay in this apartment again.

Had a good room. All of a sudden a breaker fuse popped and no A/C no electricity. The switched us to a different room far away up in the hills downgrade room in my opinion. Property was full of bugs we saw 2 scorpions a gecko and a cockroach inside the house. Would we we ever stay here again maybe. I would definitely check elsewhere first

The property is definitely well located, near the Malecon (beach boardwalk, shops, restaurants, La Paz sign and statues) about 10 minute drive, also about 20 minutes north you have all the beaches that are known from La Paz as great beaches like Balandra beach, Tecolote beach. The property itself was comfortable, the beds were comfy and the golf view was great, however they lacked knowledge of service and some common sense. There was 4 of us in the room and yet only 2 beach towels, had only one knife, one fork while everything else in the kitchen was for four people. I request extra forks and 2 extra towels and pillows and they wanted a confirmation from my part of the total of pillows and towels that I already had in my room, like if I would steal towels (never got extra beach towels) I had to walk over to the beach to get them. The coffee cup is too small for machine. askedwhat pools I could use to confirm info given (since there was a member only area), they told me all pool usage has a minimum of 400 pesos consumption, which is not true since the pools are part of the property, we heard from other guests of the same comment made to them. When went to the beach club, not only we use the pools, sat on the beach chairs and got beach towels without restrictions. The pool on the Vistamar property was great and ocean view, the pool by the beach was tiny, but you have the beautiful ocean right there. The other pool at Indigo was good, but no view at all other than a wall.

Our unit was perfect for 2 couples, the view was amazing. Spent a lot of time on balcony. The resort was great with several dining options. We appreciated the small market, bought groceries for snacks and breakfast. We did couples massage in the spa and it was fabulous!! Hung out daily at beach club!! We loved our stay and we will be back!!! Get a golf cart for the property, do fun!

The residences are located right next to the Hotel Indigo and the marina, there are restaurants and shops around there and all the ammenities of the Hotel are accesible for the residences. You need to ask for transport as the Residences are on top of a Hill. They respond inmediatly and provide the service right away. The views from the Residences are outstanding!! quiet and nice pool.

This is a beautiful complex with different choices of units. We rented a full 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment that was gorgeous and very well appointed. Since our building was on a hill and a pretty long walk from the restaurants and beach, we had a golf cart which added to the fun! It’s about 15 min by car to downtown La Paz. At first they put us in a 3 bedroom 3 bath unit which was gorgeous but not ocean view. We had to stay there one night before switching to an ocean view. A little hiccup but not too much bother. We had great food at each of the restaurants and service was always great. The private beach club Cortés was soooo nice to hang out at! There’s a full service restaurant as well as service on the beach and a beautiful pool and hot tub. The only reason I rated this 4/5 is because of the construction. This is a growing area and there are multiple new buildings being built. We couldn’t hear it from within the unit but depending on where we were in the complex it could be quite loud. But even with that we really enjoyed our stay - it was exactly what we were looking for (minus the construction)

The room was nice and as pictured, that’s why it’s getting a star! However, during our entire 4 night stay, one of the bedroom toilet was closed to us. The front desk told us it was due to a leak from the condo above us. But for whatever reason, we were unable to use that toilet and the leak caused a horrible sewage smell to linger during our entire trip. This made it difficult to stay in that room at all, we had to sleep on the couch. We notified the front desk but all they did was spray the room. That doesn’t really solve the issue as the smell would just come back. They did not offer us any other compensation for this setback. Maybe even a complimentary housekeeping for one day would have been nice ($25 USD otherwise). Overall, I have to say it is a poorly managed company and I would mostly likely not book again. I had a much better experience staying at vista coral condos or playa de la Paz oceanfront from direct owners. This review is for the condos at vistamar. It can be confusing because it has other sections such as blue indigo hotel or las colinas. So future renters are aware, vistamar has its own gym and pool. Sounds great but the downside is, the pool is not heated. This mattered for us because in January, it was cold! Also, the gym is 24 hours but a third of the equipment wasn’t functional. Also, parking was very limited. It’s first come first serve and fits about 15 cars; which is not a lot for a huge building. The alternative is to park about 1 mile away.
