The hotel felt more like an Airbnb. There was no one available at the front desk. They displayed a sign to call incase you needed anything. We tried to txt and we never revived a reply. The hotel was beautiful and perfect location except that during the night cars woukd drive by crusing with loud music on the Malecon till three in the morning. Also, the hotel has a restaurant and there was a lot of noise from dishes and employees making ruckus.

This boutique hotel is stunning! We spent two nights after a week of diving and it was perfection. The room is beautifully decorated, towels and linens were spotless and the little touches of snacks, extra towels, beverages and breakfast each morning took it over the top! The suite was like staying in the guest cottage of a garden-filled hacienda...beautiful pottery and antiques, plush king bed in the sunny bedroom and bay views from the balcony.
