Service malhonnête !! Nous avions réservé et payé une chambre pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Malheureusement, la veille de notre séjour, nous apprenons que l’établissement ne possède pas de chambre pour 3 personnes !!! Résultat, nous avons du prendre une chambre additionnelle que nous avons du payer en plus sur place alors que la réservation initiale avait été confirmée !! Coût additionnel d’environ 70€ !!!! Établissement peu recommandable et non respectueux de la réservation établie. Plus jamais de réservation dans cet établissement.

Room was clean and decent size. Cleaning could be better: mould in the windowcill and loads of dust under the beds.Aircon policy is weird: in winter only heating, in summer only cooling. Shower only had luke warm water. Except the small fridge, no amenities in the chamber: not even a kettle. Staff is friendly and courtious, breakfast is more then decent. Nice bar. Parking with a large car is... challenging....

Blinkande lysrör med brummande glimt-tändare samt att det tog ca 5 min innan det kom varmvatten i duschen och att det blev inte "riktigt" varmt vatten någonsin, gjorde inte ankomsten så bra. Gick inte att få tag på någon som kunde ordna ljuset så.....Dålig fart på wifi. Frukosten var "inplastad" sedan gårdagen. Tyvärr! Dock var parkeringsplatsen enskilt och bra med tanke på att vi åker mc.

This hotel was quirky, which is why I booked it. The TV reception left slot to be desired, and there was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, but apart from that I had a good stay. Breakfast was the highlight, and real barista coffee made to order!

De jolies petites chambres spacieuses et propres dans une coure avec parking gratuit. Excellent restaurant où tout est fait véritablement à la demande (il mérite le détour). Slecht onderhouden en ook zo geïsoleerd, dus als je aan doorgaande weg ligt slaap je slecht. Schuim kussens van een paar euro om op te liggen. Wel lieve mensen, maar daar slaap je niet beter van.

OK Hotel for a business trip. The area the hotel is in is like a 10 mins walk from a couple of restaurants, though the area seemed desolate. The restaurant and terrace of this hotel is good! The Italian menu is correct in variety and price. The breakfast was also quite good. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. One thing, the wifi connection in the room wasn't the best.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal en een gevarieerd ontbijt met lekkere Italiaanse koffie. We kregen een ruime kamer aan de achterzijde met een rustige ligging en een balkon. Privé parkeerplaats en alles op wandelafstand van de musea en het centrum. WiFi werkte niet altijd optimaal. Het restaurant beneden is een groot pluspunt: Erg lekkere, vooral authentiek Italiaanse gerechten, goede wijnen en prijs / kwaliteit zeker in orde. Een aanrader in La Louvière.
