Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel is older but has been renovated and has a high end feel to it. I had the breakfast buffet for 10€ and it was very worth it

The location was excellent for an easy walk into old Segova..i came before peak tourism so the outdoor pool was not yet open..not a problem..staff was extremely friendly and helpful..breakfast buffet was excellent! I would stay here again if ever back to Segovia!
