It has a great view of the lake, and its gardens are beautiful. The room where I stayed was mostly or completely made of real materials. I loved it. Staff was amicable, and I spent a great time at the property. I am looking forward to go back to Santa Maria Resort.

Very clean and quiet and beautiful. We stayed in the room with a king size bed and the only negative was no comfortable sitting area other than the terrace. There was plenty of room for a pair of chairs and table.

Just one small glitch in a lovely stay . . .

It was our third stay at this hotel, and we find it a perfect place for a romantic getaway. The rooms are comfortable, the gardens lovely, the food in the restaurant excellent, and everything wonderful for a relaxing visit. We will be going again. The only downside of our visit this time was a confusing new policy of requiring a cash deposit to keep a tab open for charging food at the restaurant to our room. This we did, and were assured that if the charges exceeding our deposit, that we could simply pay the difference at check-out. Thus we were very surprised by a knock on our door at a very inopportune moment in the evening that we needed to pay for our dinner because the charge exceeded the deposit. This was the only downside of our visit, and because of what appears to us as a poorly thought and executed new policy by management. In spite of that, it was a lovely way to spend Valentine's Day for the two of us.

El lugar es muy bonito, la habitación específicamente hablando del baño, no tiene puerta, más que una cortina, lo cual no le brinda privacidad alguna, lo que hace sumamente incómodo cuando hay más de dos personas en la habitación, TODO se escucha! las chapas de ambos accesos a la habitación no les servían los cerrojos de seguridad, así como los seguros de las ventana, no cuenta con alberca climatizada como especifica su página.

El personal de Recepcion es bastante servicial y atento. La cocina es Fantastica, solo el personal es poco atento no estan al pendiente. Si estas en la alberca ni siquiera se acercan tu tienes que ir a solicitar el servicio a pesar de estar vacio. Al llegar a la propiedad me dijeron que la alberca estaba climatizada y no fue asi. Comienzan con la sopladora 6am FATAL ya que es una propiedad para descansar y no pararon hasta las 4pm. Los sabados igual comienzan 7am. El personal no tiene conciencia se ponen a platicar a las 6.30am en la ventana de las habitaciones por mas de 1 hora y despues con la araña se ponen a barrer las hojas cuando vas a descansar. Se fue la luz en la Laguna y prenden su planta la cual no tiene silenciador y es muy molesto ya que hace bastante ruido y no disfrutas nada. Esta totalmente pegada a las villas y no puedes dormir del ruido. Me cambiaron de habitacion din embargo el ruido era bastante fuerte y no se podia dormir desde las 3pm hasta las 9am del dia siguiente. Las villas no tienen mantenimiento son muy viejas. La propiedad no cuenta con WIFI El servicio de masajes es externo y quedan muy mal llegan 1 hora tarde despues de tu cita y no hay area de masajes te lo dan en tu villa o habitacion. Si vas en plan de descanso NO VAYAS!!
