The customer service of the manager was excellent. Have stayed here many times but now the renovations are done it’s nice. The room was very clean- soundproof windows would be a good idea but it is what it is. Coffee was excellent but we don’t have time for the breakfast.

I have stayed before in this property and until yesterday I had my first not so good experience. I was placed in the room, closest to the breakfast and dining area, which made it too noisy in the evening and early in the morning. I was told that the Internet and TV was going to come back in one hour, but this didn’t happen. My room needs some updates specially those associated with the curtains of the unit. They allowed too much light and I was worried that if I moved them, they were going to fall apart. Breakfast wise, it was OK. I appreciate very much the coffee machine that will prepare your coffee at the specific moment that you want it. The only concern I had was with the eggs and the temperature they were at. They were cold. Aside from that, I have always enjoyed for the most part coming to this location.
