It was the worst experience ever, I have never felt so disrespected by a manager. The room was horrible and I am not exaggerating the walls on the bathroom had the paint peeling and falling, the shower was not cleaned and had pimples patches on the wall, the room phone didn’t work, I received in towel for each person. When I call the front office I was confronted with the manager an Indian person that started yelling at me and told me that was the last room and I didn’t want it to pack my clothes. I was with my daughter in the room, around 8:00 pm and all other hotels where full because of Round Top spring sale. I couldn’t believe what was happening, calked my husband and told him that I felt ignored and attacked. The manager comes 15 minutes later and gives me the keys to another room, after lying and telling me there were no more rooms. Please check your rooms and the office was dirty with the smell of curry so strong. Just disgusting feel bad for my daughter because we were celebrating her birthday. Later I checked the reviews for the hotel and in 2025 someone had the same experience with the same dirty filthy room 214, there is other pictures that people post. Careful on what you get.

Great place for the price, everything worked. Had towels and service completed easily each day with no issues. Just found a couple dead bugs in the corner and the towels were very small. But overall it was great. Thank you for your services.

The overall state was great. It was nice big rooms. The one thing that I didn’t like, however they made up for it right away there were no towels and no soap in my room the gentleman did bring me towels right away and I don’t really use hotel soap I had to go buy some anyway.

You get what you pay for

Dated rooms, minimal amount of pillows. Shower walls were bubbled out. Room smelled like cigarettes even though non-smoking.
