We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Both the regular pool and the hot springs pools were amazing and very well maintained. We had the thermal pool room, we enjoyed our own little space. We also loved the sports bar and thermal forest. The breakfast was good! We had a small issue in our room and they were more than helpful and fixed it very quickly for us.
