Great time there. Staff was the best. We stayed at a few hotels in Costa Rica. This place just felt like a second home. It's not too busy or crowded, so the pools were not packed. The fact that they have 5 places to swim gave us plenty of time to have just our family at one. The best part of this place were the people. They helped us prepare every excursion. Very friendly and personable. We would definitely return.

The staff was very friendly. We had a family of 5 and we were able to upgrade to the house upon arrival which gave us a lot more room. There wasn't any A/C but there were ample fans to help with the heat. The kitchen was open air so we did get a few critters and mosquitos inside at night but nothing dangerous. The breakfast was very good and we ordered dinner there one night and it was delicious. The property is small so it felt very private, felt safe and the view of Arenal Volcano was amazing.

Room was beautiful, view was beautiful, gardens were beautiful. Love this hotel. The springs were lovely. This location is perfect, whether you want to use the hotel's springs or visit one of the other big complexes like Baldi or Paradise, which are a couple of mins walk away! The staff were lovely, shout-out to Julio, who was a star - kind and helpful. <3 As a lone traveller, it was great, but it would be a lovely stay for families too. Hope to return someday. :)

This is a very low budget resort. We were without hot water for the entirety of our stay. The breakfast offered was nothing to talk about. The thermal springs and pools was the nicest part as it allowed us to be outside our room that was so poor to even stay in. The nicest thing was the springs cat that stayed outside and greeted us.

My girlfriend and I stayed at this awesome hotel at the base of Volcano Arenal. Our check in was super easy and the office staff was friendly and helpful. The bartender, Jose, provided conversation and incredible drinks. Our hotel room was clean, food was good. Views and hot springs were perfect. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed for 5 nights. I like the early check in to be able to use the amenities fro the whole day. It is an older resort, however it was really clean and the staff were absolutely lovely. We loved our stay here. Ariana was very welcoming on our arrival and all the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a nice buffet style with good food. We enjoyed the friendliness of Jose, at the bar, even thought we don't drink. Molly the resident puppy is very sweet. Being able to park right by your room is great. The showers don't get very hot, but it was okay. We loved sitting in the warmest pool after a day of hiking. There were toucans around and we loved watching them eat the palm berries.
