If you only stay in upscale 5 star - this isn't your accommodation type. The rooms have old carpeted floors so wear your shoes. Other than that- beds were comfortable and everything was clean, there is coffee and tea available 24/7 and a small bottle if wine to welcome you. Breakfast is included and it was delicious. You can use their sister property with hot spring pools free of charge and they will even lend you a towel! The place has an area to shower and change for guests from San Bosco.

For the price, this is a nice little hotel with very friendly staff, right in the middle of town. The room was simple and clean, nothing fancy. And we spent an evening at the hot springs of their sister hotel. It was perfect for what we needed, no complaints.

This hotel was a great choice. The included breakfast was amazing, it’s very centrally located AND the free use of hot springs at their sister hotel was an incredible added bonus. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the grounds were well-kept and clean. We would definitely go back and stay again.

Really love San Bosco hotel. Stayed there twice. Amazing volcano view, full breakfast bar, coffee-tea available 24x7. Swiming pool with a volcano view. Very pleasant staff. Nice quiet spacious rooms.

The staff was amazing (front desk and house keeping). They were attentive and helpful. The rooms are great for the price and the pool has a great view of the volcano. The breakfast was good. In walking distance to lot of food options.

I would highly recommend this place. The staff is super helpful and it is a very convenient location here in Main restaurants and shops. I would stay here again. The pillows are very hard.

Great place to stay just one block off the Main Street. Was quiet nice and quiet. Being able to go to the hot springs for free was a bonus. Free breakfast with lots of choices. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect for the price. The breakfast was outstanding, the location was an ideal home base for day trips, the staff were helpful, friendly and kind. Loved it here. The room is very basic and could use a little tlc, but it is clean and spacious.
