Gorgeous property, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food and drinks, and amazing room! Free breakfast was great, you could order multiple items, bread and fresh fruit, juices…the whole nine yards. The onsite bars and restaurants were excellent, a bit on the pricey side but not outrageously so. Went into town in La Fortuna one night but stayed onsite the rest of the time. Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely come back!

Amazing stay, we will return again

The Staff was very friendly, tourist oriented and polite. The room “villa 13” in Nayara Springs was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Having our own thermal pool outside our bedroom we didn’t want to leave to do any other activities. We tried all the restaurants and lived the food and service. We will definitely return.

The nicest resort I have ever been to. The staff was amazing and very accommodating & even helped me get a new rental car. I got a 2 hour massage treatment & it was amazing! Close to all of the excursions, all the food was great, & spent a bunch of time at the swim up pool. There was even a sloth that was just hanging out in the trees above the pool every day. Will definitely go back!

My experience was pretty good overall. We booked a room with a private hot pool, which does not stay hot the entire time. They were doing renovations next to our room, and they would start at 6 am and end around 6 pm, so we had a crowd of men yelling, laughing, talking, and working with equipment outside of our "relaxing" room/pool the entire time. It did not feel very private. For the price, I hoped it would be more relaxing. I booked the adults-only area, and there are restaurants in that area that are adult-friendly, but some of the restaurants are family-friendly. The one time we booked a non-adult restaurant, we were placed next to an obnoxious family whose kids were running around the entire time, and the parents were super loud. It ruined dinner. So if you are looking for an adults-only resort, keep that in mind. The spa was nice, and you have to take resort golf carts to get around a lot since most of the trails are uphill. Keep that in mind for tipping.

We have stayed at Nayara 4 times. Once at the tented camp and 3 times at Nayara springs. This trip we brought family because we wanted them to see how amazing its is and they were blown away. The grounds of the property are gorgeous, you feel like you are in paradise the minute you arrive. The customer service is beyond, they are the nicest staff you will ever meet, they go above and beyond to make anything You could want or need happen.
