The location was clean, beautiful, and well situated towards La Fortuna and the Hot Springs. The breakfast buffet was great in terms of satiating us with traditional beans and rice, scrambled eggs, pancakes, toast, cereals, lots of fruit as well. The pools were nice and clean as where the bedrooms. My own suggestion would be to add conditioner to the menu of soap and shampoo.

Great quiet location. Amazing view of the volcano. Fabiola was super friendly and helpful. Everyone was super nice, sorry I can't remember everyones name but you all did an amazing job. I will definitely return and most definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property grounds, nice restaurant and hot water. Staff is very friendly. Close to tours and and cafes as well as other areas with hot springs. Great budget option for visiting Arenal and la Fortuna

The front desk folks were very helpful, the room and grounds immaculate, and the view incredible. Also, it is close to the Springs Hotel and Spa, so we could go there for day soaks.

The hotel is nice, clean and has an excellent view of the volcano. The staff is wonderful, polite, friendly and they are always ready to help guests. They have great breakfast which is enough to because most of the day the guests are gone exploring around. We really enjoyed our time there!

The place is well located with a great view of the volcano. The staff was very helpful in helping us book interesting tours. I think you get a good return for your money. Breakfasts are excellent.

GREAT PLACE and has a fantastic view of the volcano. I would ask for one of their stand-alone cabins rather than the strip of rooms we got. But it was 4/5 stars for $120 a night.

Very beautiful hotel, all is individual unit, big room, separate shower and bathroom, more convenient, receptionists are very friendly and helpful for activity booking. parking space is kind of small as it is crowded, other than that, no complains.

Cute little cabins with lovely garden surrounding. Nice covered sitting area outside. Was perfect for our family. Clean as well and very helpful front desk staff. Our boys loved the pool too. Didn’t eat in restaurant so can’t comment on food. Breakfast was ok but not great. Definitely would stay again.

Our first room had lots of mold in the bathroom. I have an autoimmune disease and did want to stay in the room. The workers were very supportive and moved our room. I appreciated their understanding. The property is stunning and the view of the Arenal Volcano is amazing.

Deluxe room, clean room, large bedroom, Beds are comfortable, large bathroom, beautiful 13 mins from downtown. I feel like parking is safe. Free breakfast, had tours available partnered with a tour company and it was awesome, no lunch or dinner in the vicinity but has a sushi place right next to it and it’s delicious, a bit pricey tho.we saw a $35/hr massage next to it that we didn’t get a chance to go. Bummer. Overall would stay again.

I didn’t want to leave

I didn’t want to leave. The volcano was magical. The pool was refreshing. Our room was adequate. I would have appreciated a bedside table and lamp. The best part was the location. Out of downtown La Fortuna, it was quiet. A short walk down the road is a convenience store to grab chips and cold beers. In the same strip is Go Adventure tours (awesome), and a fresh restaurant called Raul Castano. Back to the hotel- 10/10 would go back.

The shower hose wasnt connected properly so the water sprayed everywhere and the pressure wasnt good. The breakfast offered was runny scrambled eggs and burnt pancakes. The fruit looked like it was old and mushy. Not worth the money!

The view of the Volcano is fantastic, but it can not make up for the fact that the facility is missing so much in terms of both comfort and common sense. Not having normal latches on doors is insane, not having a mini fridge or microwave is unfortunate. But the unforgivable is not being able to clean all the sheets, towels and pillow cases appropriately. Everything was soiled, stained, smelled of human prespiration or other bodily fluids including possible blood stains on one pillow case. There is a lot to fix. Staff was OK, but they did lie a lot and looked out for making a quick buck when booking transportation.
