The staff were amazing and very knowledgeable about the area and all of the services offered and best tours to book. The tours directly through the hotel were staffed with interesting people who were very knowledgeable about their speciality as well as the country…very impressed with the whole experience!

This is the place to stay! We had a car and found everything to be very close and easy to get to without it being busy. Parking was easy. The staff was great and the breakfast was delicious! We would stay here again easily

Absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful hotel with stunning view and great breakfast. The waitstaff was particularly nice, and the woman who cleaned the room left adorable towel sculptures that delighted my daughter.

Our best stay while in Costa Rica. Big breakfast buffet, six pools (one big one, one small one, and 4 semi-private pools), tons of birds hanging out in the beautiful landscaping, close to La Fortuna waterfall, rustic but comfortable rooms with big balconies, good off-street parking, WiFi worked fine. Mini-bar was a little expensive, but what hotel's isn't? Staff were a little stiff, and they shut off the AC in our room when we were gone for the day, but other than that, pretty fantastic.

This property was everything we hoped it would be! Great views of Arenal, pool was clean and well maintained, breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. We even had a couple of sloth hang out on the property!! We will definitely be back!

The room was very clean and the balcony was great with a table in chairs. My recommendation would be for the hotel to add a table and chair in the room itself because the only place to put stuff was on the bed. The breakfast was great and the restaurant was great as well for dinner, which came in handy during a rainstorm (which happens in the rainforest). The staff was great. We booked several excursions through Casa Luna and our hot springs visit was great and a great value because it included dinner. Our rafting trip was spectacular and was very convenient with transportation included. Overall I would recommend Casa Luna as a wonderful mid-priced option I. La Fortuna.

Incredible stay here. An absolutely beautiful property with a gorgeous pool, hot tubs, spa, and restaurant. My family and I loved our rooms. The breakfast each day was delicious and one of our favorite parts of the stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to La Fortuna.

The staff were amazing and the room always seemed to get organized and cleaned super well. They helped getting us a taxi to take us to different parts that we liked to go too. Also, the spa was AMAZING, we got it at 7 pm, so obviously it was already dark but the scenery and the nature noises made it even more relaxing. The location is very peaceful and calm, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day of activities.

This place was stunning! Beautiful rooms with beautiful views. Perfect location and very clean and comfortable. Only thing, is there’s no fridge in the rooms as I found would have been helpful for drinks and food. Overall, I would definitely come back!

Property is a standard stay. Pool is good. But only 1 restaurant. So got bored with the food options. Staff are friendly but had to carry our luggage on our own. Pool and spa is great. Overall a decent stay! I recommend a in room phone or tablet in the rooms.

The rooms were very clean and it was nice to sit on the balcony in the mornings. The breakfast was good and mad it easy to go out to different activities efficiently. The hot tubs were more like slightly warm tubs though.

Beautiful property set in a lush tropical surrounding. The property also has a walking path set amongst trees and a small stream. Beautiful mountain views and amazing mornings, awakening to the sounds of all manner of birds, frogs and other animals. Excellent buffet breakfast with a wide variety of hot and cold food and drink options. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very lovely property!
