The place is very clean, the staff is amazing, the food (breakfast) is the best I have had in a hotel. They nice pools and mini hot tubs that give you privacy to enjoy with your group. I 100% recommend this.

Our stay at Casa Luna was absolutely fantastic. The room and grounds were immaculate, the food at breakfast and in the evening was amazing, as were the cocktails by the pool. We’ve never stayed in such an amazing place before. We spotted a sloth and howler monkeys from the trail through the hotel grounds along with a number of amazing birds. Hummingbirds were flying through our garden all day long. The staff were excellent and we must give a special mention to Marlon who was the perfect waiter and made us feel totally special.

Overall, a good stay. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. One annoying thing is the low WIFI (internet) speed and poor telcom signal (only 3G with low bars)

Your own slice of jungle

This place was perfect for getaway with friends! We had 4 rooms, and they thoughtfully put us all in one little building so we were together. It’s a little slice of the jungle with sloths and monkeys and tons of birds. Just gorgeous with really nice landscaping. But also with a nice pool, so many hot tubs, a trail, a spa and everything you need for a great time in La Fortuna. The breakfast had something for everyone. The only downside (or upside?) was that the wifi didn’t work in the rooms.

Nice hotel

This is a nice hotel. Check in was easy and the room was comfortable. Our only disappointment was that only one of the five hot tubs was actually hot. We were told to push the button on each ahead of time to warm them up, but that was unsuccessful.
