Overall, a great place to stay. The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of food options: something for everyone. The thermal hot springs were great; hottest at the top and gradually getting colder heading back to the bottom area. My only complaints; the bathroom window was missing a window slat and bugs and little lizards would come in through it, and the roof of our unit was metal so the rain storms were really loud.

The hotel was pretty and the thermal waters were super nice! The hot pools are small though so if there are too many people, it can feel crowded. Beds could be more comfortable, but overall we were happy with our stay.

The people, except at check-in desk, were incredibly friendly, polite and professional. The food was excellent and the bartenders were amazing. The room was small, the TV very small. I could not access an electrical outlet anywhere near the bed. The mattress was firm and comfortable and everything was clean throughout.

Food was not the best, plus the thermal water pool looked green and murky. It didn’t looked like the other thermal waters around the area. The room was nice but some how not well maintained. I found a spider web around the light next to the bed and bathroom mirror was little dirty on the first day. After that, the lady who cleaned the room did a great job on cleaning the room. The whole facility is beautiful.

Loved the hot springs on site. Friendly staff and excellent location. My only complaint is the mattresses definitely need to be updated. But, for the price, this was an excellent stay, I would book again.

Beautiful location, view of the volcano, hot springs were great. Location was great. Staff was ok friendly, but not overly. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. But for $400 a night, this place needs updates/repairs in all thier rooms, entrance, lobby, etc.

Arrived Wi to family members one relative got keys immediately upon check in, I had to wait 3 hours to get keys. Property landscape is beautiful and well maintain. Rooms outdated. No plugs for phones , could not find light switch . Bed made noises when you move. Tiles in bathroom patch not good .hot springs not hot enough.

Pros are they have hot springs in the property with a beautiful view of the Arenal volcano in all rooms. Property is well maintained with beautiful landscape and tropical plants. They have a wet bar, swimming pool and good dining options. Breakfast buffet is good. Cons are the rooms are old and dated and need better lighting and felt a little cramped for space. Suggest looking for a villa if you are traveling with a large family

One stop shop for relaxing in the rainforest!

We love to relax at this resort. If you want to just lounge around in the rainforest, this is a great place to do it. The cabins are modest, but the facilities are a little more updated. This resort has everything you need so you don't have to leave if you don't want to. The massages at the spa are amazing. There is a zip lining adventure right in the resort if you want. And the food is great too. Our favorite thing to do is to soak in the mineral pool with the swim up bar for a cocktail and bird watch while getting glimpses of the Volcan Arenal from time to time.
