The resort is in a great location. The rooms face the Arenal Volcano, and the views are incredible! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food at the poolside restaurant is absolutely delicious!

I absolutely loved my stay at Arenal Kioro. The property felt very safe, was spotless throughout, and incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The grounds are beautiful with stunning views, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Service was top notch. Staff was extremely friendly and responsive. Traveling as a single adult with 3 children, I felt safe and comfortable. The grounds are impeccable and the hot springs are amazing. Views of the volcano could not be beat!

Amazing hotel. The rooms were huge and the hot tub with the volcano view is breathtaking. The staff was top notch. Very peaceful hotel and restaurant, pool, and hot spring were clean and relaxing. Only thing I can say negative was if you're on the first floor you can hear the above floor. Would stay here again.
