Staff was super friendly. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. They came and cleaned our room daily and gave us fresh towels. The grounds were beautiful and there is even a mama sloth and her baby who frequent the trees on the property. My 2 kids enjoyed the pool. I really liked that the water was heated. The restaurant on site had a decent breakfast and their dinner was very good. We ate dinner there twice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. About a 2 minute drive to Downtown La Fortuna. There’s a laundry drop off service right across the street, as well as, a super market, pharmacy, and urgent care.

We loved having our own little cabin separate from the others. It was very comfortable and clean. We also enjoyed hanging out on the front porch and watching the birds and even an aguti in the trees and bushes on the property.

The rooms were nice and cozy own privacy as the rooms were seperated from other guests rooms. The staff was wonderful and very attentive in room upkeep as well as recommending activities to do. You also, get to see wildlife nearby which makes it more relaxing. Overall great experience!

We loved our little bungalow. The street in front of the hotel is very busy, but the cabins are all very quiet. We had plenty of room for us and our 2 kids. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool one afternoon, and having breakfast onsite was very easy & convienent. Staff was super helpful and lovely. Not lots of amenities, but a great simple base to explore La Fortuna's adventures.

Pool was closed and we weren’t told about this at all.. pretty disappointing. Breakfast in the morning was fast and staff were very sweet. Self check in was a bit more work since we arrived so late at night, but the staff worked over email to coordinate us getting our keys. Very safe area and close to lots of our excursions.

The location is very good with amazing view. The bedrooms are big. The only issue in the apartment and may be in the Condo, the water pressure is very low. So it is impacting both toilet and shower.
