Stunning but disappointing

Food options, both for the evening meal and for breakfast, were disappointing, limited and very expensive. Service was okay but nothing special. Sauna was out of use. Room was nice but simple and had limited hot drink options. Could not get hot water to the shower. On-site activities included mini golf and tennis courts, however these were not maintained and had fallen into disrepair. The building and grounds were stunning, its a shame they were let down by poor service.

Bel hĂŽtel dans un chĂąteau bien entretenu avec terrasse pour le petit dej et les repas et une belle piscine. + un bel environnement. Bon niveau de service avec du personnel agrĂ©able. 2 regrets : une sur sĂ©curitĂ© sur le plan financier qui oblige Ă  une garantie quand bien mĂȘme la chambre a Ă©tĂ© payĂ©e et une literie (couette) peu adaptĂ©e Ă  des nuits lors d'Ă©pisodes de chaleur extrĂȘme. Au bord de la D2020, ce qui est gĂȘnant la nuit quand il fait chaud (car il n'y a pas de clim !) et qu'on laisse les fenĂȘtres ouvertes ! Le rez de chaussĂ©e et ses salons sont trĂšs agrĂ©ables. En revanche les chambres mĂ©riteraient d'ĂȘtre modernisĂ©es. Piscine peu adaptĂ©e au petits enfants. DĂźner agrĂ©able sur la terrasse, mais service un peu long. Excellent petit dĂ©jeuner avec un trĂšs bon service.

J'ai été déçu de mon séjour dans cet hÎtel. Nous avons été placé dans une chambre sans accÚs/en limite de wifi. Le chauffage n'a également pas fonctionné la premiÚre nuit + pb d'évacuation au niveau des toilettes. Autrement le personnel a été trÚs accueillant et le lieu est charmant.
