The hubs and I stayed here for a quick work trip that we turned into a weekend exploring La Crosse. Our stay was fantastic! Check-in/out process was a breeze. Entire staff superb from valet to front desk to waitstaff to bartenders to housekeeping: thoughtful, personable, and friendly. The welcome chocolates and tokens were such a fun surprise. The bar, restaurant, and coffee shop were all hits with delicious food and clever cocktails. Comfy bed, clean and aesthetically pleasing room, great shower! Kyler at the restaurant is THE BEST. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is wonderful. The rooms are very unique. They have hardwood floors and excellent beds. The bar is great. The restaurant is very nice . Breakfast is a bit overpriced. The setting on the Mississippi River is beautiful. It is expensive but worth it.
