The Charmant Hotel was amazing. We had an incredible stay. I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel and finally got to stay there. We were greeted upon arrival with the choice of a handmade chocolate for each of us and then we went up to our room. It was beautifully furnished and had a gorgeous view of the Mississippi river. We would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so accommodating and helpful for anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately the restaurant was being renovated so we were unable to enjoy that amenity, but everything was excellent.

This was our third stay. We were unaware when booking the room of a major interior remodeling taking place that affected the restaurant and bar - two of the nicest assets of the hotel. This definitely impacted the quality of our stay. However, the front desk staff made a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant that served a very memorable dinner.

Nice boutique hotel in an old chocolate factory. Red brick building with views of the Mississippi River just a block away. Easy walking along the river and to downtown bars, restaurants, and shops. There are several franchise/chain hotel options downtown, but the Charmant is the unique boutique.
