Love this hotel! Always decorated for seasons/holidays. Cozy, like home with kitchenettes, separate bedroom & living rooms. Grest hot breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bagels, muffins, English muffins, etc. Great value.

The staff was great! I traveled all over the states this summer. This hotel has the best staff. I was first greeted and helped by Keisha and the quality of staff continued to the morning crew cleaning up breakfast! The entire staff was friendly and helpful! Thank you! It was greatly appreciated.

The room was spacious, staff fantastic and we really appreciated the late checkout to be able to come back after our race, and shower before hitting the road for an 8 hr drive back. Made for a much more enjoyable ride home. Thank you

The hotel in La Crosse was excellent- great suite, clean and very helpful staff. Beautiful area around the river and close to parks and Downtown shops and restaurants, Nice continental breakfast. The hotel in Minocqua was very good also except we noticed a small stain on the blanket on the bed. rm 124 Otherwise room was nice and clean. very helpful gentleman at desk.

This ia our second time stay at this property. It was clean and very inviting. The top sheet on the bed didn't seem wide enough. I don't think this was a true queen bed but maybe I am wrong. Mattress was firm but did eventually get to sleep.
