We stayed here because it’s all we could get 7 weeks before state track meet. 2 people, 2 nights, 2 bath towels, 2 wash cloths you could see thru, 1 hand towel you could see thru….shampoo/conditioner/mouthwash in 1 oz bottles, hair dryer, 2 soaps. Breakfast was more than iffy and cleaned up early. But it was very clean.

Decided to give this Econo Lodge a chance after having not so great stays at other locations. The Days Inn right next door was the same price, but hey, let’s try something new. The service was excellent and very friendly. Recommending places to eat and see in the area. Offering to help with anything I need. The room was nice. Some minor things I would have liked but not a bad room at all (no closet and a fridge that barely works). The problem is the breakfast. It’s always breakfast. Why am I paying $20 to $30 more for a hotel instead of a motel for breakfast if the breakfast sucks? Two hot food options that were horrible with little to no cold food options. Basically a kids breakfast with a focus on waffles and donuts. Coffee machine was broken. A fine hotel but won’t go back unless I have to. Will try the other options nearby.

However room had thick dust on top of lamp shades, lamp shade had writing with marker over it, thermostat didn’t work and there was a stand up heater in the corner to use, stains on the bathtub, walls need repairs, paint. Then the elevator was broke and the hallways wreaked of air freshener. This hotel desperately needs some TLC.
