Bird poop all over outside entrances (bird feeders on property). Towels very thin. Refrigerator was not plugged in so it took time to cool down. No ice machine but front desk guy gave me a little bowl of ice. No coffee but none pictured. Just a FYI.

Very poorly maintained, air conditioning marginal. Refused to rectify the situation other than by offering a very filthy fan. Refused to refund our payment when we found the room unsatisfactory only 10 minutes into our stay.

This property was disgusting, the blankets were dirty the floor was dirty. There is no thermostat in the room, so we had no heat. We live several hours from lacrosse and drove in after work arriving late into the evening. We were supposed to stay two nights in lacrosse and enjoy the fall colors, we left after one short night. Lastly, someone next door had their TV on all night and the sound traveled through the walls like there was no insulation in the walls....

I booked this stay theough epedia and tried to cancel 3 days before the stay because my daughters college team didnt make the cut. I tried with expedia only for them to say i didnt have an itinerary. Proceeded to call the hotel themselves and they only spoke another language and would just hang up on me. So at that point I thought since there was no itinerary then it must not be booked. Well 3 days later I was charged.

The pillows were dirty with stains on them. The floor was dirty. The door did not close completely making the stay unsafe. And worst of all, the thermostat was locked! The owner wanted us to contact them everytime we want it on/off or adjusted. Plus they lied about free cancellation or change before a certain date. I wanted to cancel 1 day out of my stay and they only refunded half. First and last time staying here, Motel 6 would've been better.
