We had a FABULOUS stay. Location and parking great. Loved they had a restaurant and bar downstairs. Family owned and they were all AMAZING. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. About 10 min drive from La Massana!! Loved it was a bit outside of the hustle bustle of the main city. Will definitely stay here again.

Great trip, away from crowds, yet close to city.

Family setting, very welcoming, rural, scenic, mountain water source right above parking. Perfect size, great breakfast! Close to ski area - scenic trip about 10 miles. Free ski bus available.

Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. A few times I tried calling them and no one answers the phone. It feels as if no one is in charge here and there's serious mismanagement. If you're coming to Andorra, there's plenty of other hotels in the area... where you actually get a modern room and kind staff.

Es gab kein Zimmerservice, in dem Apparthotel l es wird nicht gereinigt, darf man selber machen, Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt, am Anfang müss man alle möglichen Formulare unterschreiben und 200 Euro Kaution zahlen, im Appatment hängen Listen mit Anzahl aller Küchenutensilien. Wenn man um 10.00 auscheckt, später kostet extra, wird die Wohnung kontrolliert, dauerte 10 Minuten, dann bekommt man die Kaution,wenn alles in Ordnung ist,zurückerstattet. Ich habe so etwas als viel Reisender in einem Apparthotel noch nie erlebt. Abgesehen davon liegt das Apparhotel an einer viel befahrenen Straße,jetzt bei der Hitze war das kaum machbar. Wo die 9 Punkte herkommen, ist mir nicht erklärbar,gut sauber ist es und bequeme Betten!,die gibt es... Übrigens , wenn man Kaffeepads für die Kaffemaschine kauft kostet Zucker dazu 15 Cent😂😂😂, dazu gibt es noch weitere absurde Beispiele in der Mappe,die man mit Aushändigung der kostbaren Fernbedienung mit ins Appartement nehmen muss und natürlich ordnungsgemäß vollständig am Abreisetag wieder abgibt! Das kann man in einer Kabaret Sendung kaum erfinden!!?

Ótimo atendimento, chegamos depois horário para o chekin, porém foi deixado um envelope em um cofre (eles enviam por e-mail senha e instruções) no dia seguinte você tem que fazer o chekin, paga 200 euros de caução, no checkout eles estornam na mesma hora. Estacionamento gratuito, tem café da manhã, mais não tomamos lá, tem restaurante também no local, mais não utilizamos. Acesso aos quartos por elevadores e escada. Pegamos apenas um quarto e sala com sofá cama (achei meio duro), a cozinha a geladeira é pequena, na realidade um frigobar, o fogão é elétrico de 2 bocas, acho que estava com defeito, ficava apagando e acendendo. Outro detalhe é que no checkout eles conferem se você limpou ou não o quarto e cozinha, caso não eles pedem para você fazer. Apesar de ter feito, ficou ainda uns 2 copos e uns 3 papéis no chao, eles vão lá conferir e pedem para você voltar e arrumar, não gostei.

Pontos positivos: estacionamento grátis no local, equipe atenciosa, local limpo, tranquilo e silencioso a noite e com bela vista das montanhas na varanda. No geral foi ótimo custo benefício. Pontos negativos: Fica um pouco afastado de Andorra La Vella e da maioria das estações de esqui. E eles cobram até pelos pacotes de sal e açucar.

Accueil très sympathique. Appart spacieux . Côté route, mais belle vue. Moyennement insonorisé mais clientèle et route calme la nuit. Litierie confortable. Repas goûteux mais horaires limités (18h en semaine et 21h le samedi) Petit déjeuner délicieux anglais et continental. Accès rapide à la ville et aux parcs naturels. Site pile en face de 3 dépars de randonnée. Top. Attention aux forfaits téléphoniques ! Andorre est hors Europe et les données mobiles sont une ruine. Le wifi de l’hôtel fonctionne super bien 👍

Teníamos que entrar a partir de las 17h pero al final llegamos casi a las 22h. Llamamos antes para comunicarlo y nos dijeron que no había problema. Nos dieron un código de una caja fuerte para que pudiéramos coger las llaves de la habitación. Todo bien

Muy buena estadía. El apart estaba genial, las camas súper cómodas, limpieza impecable. Las vistas de la habitación un espectáculo. El agua salía caliente para bañarte. Los chicos, tanto el de recepción como el del bar súper majos.
