J’ai sĂ©journĂ© deux nuits, du 11 au 13 juin, dans cet hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles et je suis déçu de mon expĂ©rience. L’état de la chambre et de certains Ă©quipements ne correspondait pas, selon moi, au niveau attendu pour un Ă©tablissement de cette catĂ©gorie. De plus, la chambre n’a pas Ă©tĂ© refaite aprĂšs la premiĂšre nuit, ce qui est surprenant pour un hĂŽtel 4 Ă©toiles. J’ai Ă©galement trouvĂ© que le service Ă©tait trĂšs minimaliste et en dessous de ce que l’on peut attendre d’un Ă©tablissement affichant ce standing. J’ai dĂ©jĂ  sĂ©journĂ© dans des hĂŽtels 3 Ă©toiles offrant une meilleure qualitĂ© de service. Enfin, la demande d’une caution de 150 € Ă  l’arrivĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© une mauvaise surprise, d’autant plus que cette information n’était pas suffisamment mise en avant lors de la rĂ©servation. Au vu de mon expĂ©rience, le rapport entre le classement annoncĂ© et la qualitĂ© rĂ©elle des prestations ne m’a pas semblĂ© satisfaisant.
