A wonderful weekend break

Our stay was lovely - we were in Reunion for the weekend and the resort was lovely. Children had a wonderful time at the pool and jumping castle. The unit was clean and tiny - small but completely suitable for its purpose. The resort was clean and fresh and food was delicious. Staff could only speak French in some instance, which was slightly difficult for us but they made very effort to understand and assist. All round a wonderful weekend at Floralys.

le plus vieux des hôtels du groupe exsel sur l'ile. un peu vieillot, petit déjeuner vraiment sans plus, mais le personnel est adorable. Rien à voir avec un exsel creolia par exemple. je recommande éventuellement pour les familles.

Photos du site alléchantes mais... arrivée l'après midi, piscine bondée, (évident puisque les réservations chambres débutent à partir de 14h et l'hôtel offre prestation journée piscine à compter de 10h, une hérésie),plus de transats, eau trouble et sale, public mange et fume sur le bord du bassin malgré affichage la fréquentation maximale de la piscine est largement dépassée, l'eau du pédiluve est plus que dégueulasse... chambre non conforme à la réservation, porte serviette non stable, peinture douche vétuste, etc.. extérieur (sauf piscine) propre, et personnel accueillant.

Pas d’indication particulière pour indiquer l’emplacement de l’hôtel. L’entrée et le parking sont libres - pas forcément de place pour les résidents de l’hôtel. De plus, il n’est pas entretenu. Séjour moyen -1 nuit - pas de transat à la piscine pris en grande partie à cause par les journées détente- pas de service de snacking en journée mise à part de la glace . Après avoir rendu la chambre à 11h pas de possibilité de profiter de la piscine à cause des journées détente - nous sommes conviés à repartir immédiatement ou consommer au restaurant pour pouvoir profiter de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont petites. La baie vitrée était abîmée et ne se fermait pas le soir venu. Nous avons dû passer fermer celle ci par l’extérieur et repasser par la fenêtre de la chambre pour pouvoir la fermer et dormir avec les baies vitrées verrouillées. Nous ne reviendrons plus

Le seul bemol: au moment du check-out, on vous dit que vous ne pouvez pas profiter de l'hotel apres avoir rendu les clés le matin, sauf si reservation au restaurant le midi, donc avec des frais supplementaires. Accueil du personnel un peu décevant, manque de dynamisme ou envie de sourire, soit ne sont pas très passionnés par leur métier ou soit en surcharge de travail...on ne sait pas trop. Chambre standard très basique et un peu tristounet. L'établissement demande un petit rafraichissement de sa structure. Par rapport à d'autres hôtels de mêmes catégories, peut mieux faire.
