The staff were wonderful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked a longer stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent and absolutely worth it. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop right outside and plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Close by train station. Close by restaurant, the Hotel room is so small for our family of 4 people. Around the area is good nearby everything. The only I don’t like is the room is so small, the Hotel is small area as well.

Staff was very helpful and responsive. Very accommodating to our needs. We appreciate how the staff went out and beyond to make our stay much better. Only a 18min walk to Nijo castle and 10 min walk to Nijo Station.

Really accessible and the hotel's team would go above and beyond. Room really comfortable, breakfast amazing and onsen awesome. This hotel has a very useful lauderamat washing machine service). The are 4 machines, need to plan when to use as they are often busy.

We loved our stay at Urban Hotel Kyoto Nijo Premium. It was fairly central to all the things we wanted to do, staff was friendly, and the rooms were nice. We opted for the buffet in the morning and it did not disappoint. The train station is a very short walk down the street and it passes right by a grocery store, so after we were out all day, we could grab something on the way back to the hotel. It's also very close to a combini.
