Great staff, very clean room. I stayed at all Tokyu stays during my stays and the Kyoto one here was my favorite. The only thing is location, which isn’t too bad, about 10 minutes from Nishiki (if you’re into that) but definitely a bus/taxi away for Gion

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would definitely come back. The room amenities were excellent — the ReFa shower head and toiletries were such a luxury and felt very high quality. The location was also perfect, being very close to the train station and surrounded by multiple convenience stores, which made everything so convenient. The extra touches really made the stay special, especially the free foot spa, complimentary coffee machine, and the free water and sake station. The staff were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us whenever we needed assistance. Having a washing machine in the room was another huge bonus and made travelling so much easier. It was so quiet too! Highly recommend this hotel for the comfort, location, and amazing service!

Very comfortable stay. Location was great with an amazing bakery around the corner and a 7/11 just outside. Foot bath was amazing after all the walking. Room had everything we needed including a washing machine which was very convenient for us. Also really enjoyed the ReFa products in the bathroom. I’d definitely stay at a Tokyu hotel again. The only thing we found was that the staff were not around a lot and tea selection was limited.

The in room laundry machine worked great. A staff member even came to our room to explain how to use it. She also demonstrated how to use the TV. Breakfast was great and easy to order. Other personal favorites were the excellent coffee, water, and sake dispenser machines.

I really enjoyed staying here! It really caters to family and large groups. We had the washer/dryer in our room and I enjoyed the convince of cleaning and drying my clothes in the room. The hotel offered suggestions on local shops and things to do in the area. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from main shopping area, however a great location to have peace and quiet at night. There is a subway one block away from the hotel and 711 down the end of the road. My kid loved it here as well. They have an area for you to relax your feet in hot water after a day of walking. They offer coffee and wine. Very helpful with having your luggage shipped to next destination. I will be coming back to this hotel when visiting Kyoto again.
