We loved our stay here recently. We are a couple in our 50’s and after coming from Tokyo the room was a welcome stay. Large room, beautiful bathroom and the onsite public bath was used every day. We loved the location- within walking distance or a cheap cab ride after dinner in the downtown area. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was a good amount of options for us. Really enjoyed the coffee with breakfast and the helpful staff ordering taxis and restaurant suggestions/bookings. Other guests also friendly throughout the hotel.great in room extras like garment steamer, and lovely extras like shampoo, vanity sets , razors and body sponge. The lounge access was used a few times to unwind before heading out to dinner.
