The location was perfect. 0.2 mile walk to the nearest train station and surrounded by so many great restaurants and shops. The room was beautiful and spacious. We had breakfast included which was delicious. We enjoyed the Japanese style breakfast option.

We loved the stone box in our room. This was an amazing property, extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Great location to nearby attractions, restaurants and transportation. We will definitely come back next time we are in Kyoto.

Convenient location close to transportation and restaurants. Front of the property had the best Sakura sights and we were able to enjoy them every mornings and evenings. Will definitely stay here on our next trip.

The hotel es perfect location. The room was twin bed room which was very small. No space at all. If you travel with a lot of languages you will have problem. The breakfast eras was very nice. The breakfast for $25 not worthy. They have Japanese breakfast with for perfect. But the buffet was very few varieties.
