The whole place is spacious, peaceful and beautiful! Japanese style room equipped with complimentary drinks and snacks as well as nice pajamas and slippers to use during stay. The shower and very large bath tub are amazing! Very close to great shopping and Nishiki market. We hope to come back soon for a longer stay.

This was one of the most comfortable places we have ever stayed in. Felt like home and so close to everything you need in Kyoto. Outside of the room the hotel is very minimal so don’t expect someone to be downstairs when you arrive or leave. This isn’t a negative, just more like your own apartment than a traditional hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again. We had so much room for the 4 of us.

We had a wonderful stay, so much so we cancelled our last night in Tokyo to stay in Kyoto an extra day. Perfect Japanese style with a modern twist. The location is impeccable and the staff are so lovely. My daughter got sick from some food at Disney Sea days prior and they were so nice when she “got sick” in the front entrance. The bed was so nice it was like sleeping at home …And the bathroom I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. Cannot wait to return sans sick kids 😂. Thanks so much!
