We had great time at the hotel. Staffs were very responsive and helpful. The room is more spacious than expected and the subway/ bus stops at surrounding area makes it super easy to get around. Breakfast is also delicious. Highly recommended.

The windows overlooked an outdoor stairwell and I had to have a manager open a window a crack for me as they are locked. They force you to have the room cleaned even if it’s not convenient. It’s a basic hotel and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Really great place to stay in Kyoto!! Near bus stops and subway station, as well as many dining options!! Just a walk away from tons of shopping as well. The room was great and free amenities in the lobby were so helpful.
