The hotel was in a great location, staff were helpful and professional. The room was cozy, but quiet and clean. If I go back to Kyoto I would definitely stay her again. It’s around the corner from the subway and 2 stops from Kyoto Station for the Shinkansen. I did not do the breakfast, because we’re not breakfast people. But my friends did it and loved the variety of food that changes every day. Great hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The housekeeping was excellent throughout my stay. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and patient. They were willing to assist whenever I had questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I also really liked the laundry facilities. The machines can be operated conveniently through a mobile payment system, so there is no need to prepare coins or cash. It was very easy and convenient to use. The location is another major advantage. The hotel is close to everything — famous landmarks, shopping centers, restaurants, and the subway station are all within easy walking distance. The hotel also provides a wide variety of complimentary amenities, including coffee, tea, hair ties, face masks, body lotion, sunscreen, and bath salts. I especially appreciated the bath additives, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. These thoughtful touches really show how much the hotel cares about its guests’ comfort. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great location! Super convenient. Came from Canada and it was comfortable and relaxing. Got a later check in as we were out seeing the town and our room was upgraded to a room with a bigger bed! Which was amazing as we originally just booked a standard room with a double bed. Laundry is located on the fourth floor- it was easy to use, just ensure you have coins handy. The breakfast buffet was a treat every morning with everyday being different from the last. The staff were all super friendly. Definitely would recommend staying here for a couple or family. The price had me blown away with how amazing the facility is. My partner and I will definitely be back! Thank you!
